4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The accepted methods for depositing funds at cr999 are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits made from a third party's bank account will be rejected — the payment method must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

cr999 offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 for a total balance of ৳2,200; and depositing ৳10,000 gives a bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in total bets must be placed before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made.
• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another player.
• cr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on cr999 are available before events begin and, in some cases, up to in-play. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless cr999 cancels the bet due to a technical error.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will generally be considered void and the stake will be refunded. However, different rules may apply in specific situations, as outlined in the rules for the relevant sport.
